This is the address for orders, downloads, privacy requests, and anything else. It is monitored; there is no phone line.

Help with a download

If a download link fails or you have lost the file, email us from the address you used at checkout, or include your order number. We send a replacement link after verifying the order. There is no charge for a replacement.

If the file will not open, tell us the device and reading app you are using. Most cases are a Kindle device, which needs Amazon's Send to Kindle service to convert the file first.

Terms, refunds, and withdrawal
